This 360° idea for the Birmingham Addy Awards won a Gold national Addy. Everything from the call to entries to the trophies was a celebration of trash - celebrating the notion that you have to get rid of those first few good ideas before you get to a great one. Elements included a giant ball of paper atop a downtown building, a call for entries that included photos of the messy offices of top Birmingham creative directors, and KeepTrashing.org - featuring the Trash-O-Matic, the world's first automated concepting partner. Trophies were balled up wads of paper that had been bronzed, and the Best of Show award was a giant wastebasket filled with trashed ideas.
